SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Our Shipping Policy 

Allow up to 2 business days for package processing and 3-8 business days for delivery depending upon shipping speed that is selected at checkout. Most packages will be delivered via USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

Once USPS receives the package, please contact them with any concerns at 1-800-275-8777. If there is any issues or damages you have with your order you must contact us within 7 days of your items being delivered, as noted by the post office delivery date. At that time we will either send a replacement if the exact item is available or offer store credit for the value of the item(s).  If your item is returned back to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address there will be a re-delivery fee associated with shipping your item back to you. Please ensure that your address is correct when order is placed as we cannot change your address after an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen Packages. If you are having an issue with delivery please contact the carrier that is provided to you. If you select Expedited shipping the processing time of 3 days still apply. On free shipping orders please allow the full 6-8 business days to receive your items. 

Custom Made Items Guidelines: 
Please allow 3-5 business weeks (not including weekends) for your item to be shipped out. Please make sure that you email, phone number and address is correct. Since this is a custom item NO REFUNDS will be given. Please ensure that the spelling of the name you choose is correct. There will be no refunds for incorrect spelling. When placing order provide correct spelling of name and font style number  in the order box at check out or you can email customerservice@glitznglamjewelers.com to inform us of the name and font style number  you would like. Please choose the correct letter count when ordering as the price is dependent on the letter count. 

 

This item will require signature authorization delivery. Please ensure correct address is listed. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages!!! If there is an issue with delivery please contact the delivery carrier.

  

Our Return Policy 

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES  ON CUSTOM JEWELRY!!!!! Please ensure that the spelling of the name you choose is correct. There will be no refunds for incorrect spelling. Please email customerservice@glitznglamjewelers.com after you placed your order to inform us of the name you would like created. You can also leave a note in the checkout area of what name you would like created.

 We do allow returns or exchanges (if item is available)  within the first 15 days of delivery date. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please ship items to:
